There is a link in the comments on digg when someone subbed this to digg, but then digg fixxed it... Lol why would i change anything this is a actually screen shot.. no photoshop.

Granted, of course there&#039;s probably scripts and what not but I doubt there are even 4 billion IP addresses freely available which I guess digg has at least some kind of monitoring on.

I&#039;d guess it&#039;s just a bug.</description>
