Cannot be true, it’s submitted only 18 minutes ago and the number of hits equals 2/3 of the worlds entire population?
Granted, of course there’s probably scripts and what not but I doubt there are even 4 billion IP addresses freely available which I guess digg has at least some kind of monitoring on.
I’d guess it’s just a bug.

There is a link in the comments on digg when someone subbed this to digg, but then digg fixxed it… Lol why would i change anything this is a actually screen shot.. no photoshop.
